   How do I pay the premium?
The premium can be paid by Cheque or Demand Draft.

   What kind of Assistance is available?
INTERNATIONAL SOS provides wide range of services, which include the following:
Pre-Departure Services such as Travel Advisory Services, Hotel Accommodation Referral, Weather Information Services and allied services.
Travel Assistance Services like Claims Assistance, Embassy Referral, Lost Luggage Assistance, Lost Travel Documents / Credit Card Assistance, etc.
Emergency Medical and Related Services such as Medical Advice over the Phone, Medical Service Provider Referral, Arrangement of Doctors Appointments, Arrangement of Hospital Admission, Arrangement of Doctors Appointments, etc.
   How do I make a claim under the Policy?
You need to call International SOS on 91 11 51898872 who will assist you to facilitate your claim.

   How do my family members claim under the Personal Accident provision in the event of an eventuality?
Kindly call the SOS and they will assist you with the formalities.

   Can I make a claim while I am overseas or do I wait until my return to India?
You may call the SOS number who will help you fulfill all the formalities.
You can make claims overseas in case of an emergency medical expense. These claims can be settled by SOS international - our service provider. All other claims will be settled in India.
